Partial Planning

For the destination or local event. Designed for the planner who still has the desire to plan their own event, but would like professional assistance and guidance. This package consists of (4) in person or via Zoom meetings, to assist with vendor referrals, budget analysis, event design proposal, scheduling and production timeline.

Full Event Planning

For the destination or local event. Designed for you to tell us your vision and let us bring it to life for you. This package consists of (1) hour initial consultation in person or via Zoom, (4) in person or via Zoom Meetings, unlimited email and phone communication, (1) month prior in person or via Zoom review of details to include vendor selections, budget, event design, scheduling and production timeline.

Day of Coordination

This is in addition to the Full Event Planning Package. (8) hours dedicated to you and your event the day of to ensure every detail is attended to, while you live in the moment and enjoy the day. We will monitor venue set up, vendor arrival and set up, event party arrival and preparation

Destination Planning

Boots on the Ground Perfect for the destination event. Let us go to the venue(s) you are interested in. Take pictures, video, FaceTime – so you can truly see the space. So many factors play a part in your event. The space, parking, traffic, time of day, time of year events in town due to sporting events, concerts, or conventions. We will gather a portfolio of information to assist with your decision making from real life data. Not just photos or information from online.
